Our Hippy Home metal art is crafted from recycled steel drums by artisans in their village in Haiti. The process of turning 55-gallon steel drums into incredible art is all done by hand. Once used to transport oil, the steel drums are cut, cleaned and the metal is then flattened in order to produce the most stunning upcycled piece of art. This piece features a painted turtle in this traditional Haitian design. Hand-cut and embossed, this piece is 22 inches in diameter.

Outdoor Care: If displaying outdoors it is recommended to spray with a clear lacquer once or twice a year, as prolonged exposure to the elements will cause rust.
