Our store is hosted by Shopify Inc., which provides the online e-commerce platform that enables us to sell our products and services to you.

An order is considered accepted only once it has been dispatched.

We make every effort to display product colors accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your device’s screen will represent colors exactly.

6. Shipping, Title & Risk

We currently ship within the 48 contiguous United States and Canada only.
All shipping details, delivery times, and rates are outlined in our Shipping Policy.

Ownership and risk of loss transfer to you upon delivery to the address provided.
Delivery times are estimates only, and we are not responsible for carrier delays or events beyond our control (see Force Majeure N0.17).

7. Taxes & Duties

We collect and remit sales or use taxes where legally required within the United States.
Any import duties, customs fees, or local taxes (if applicable) are your responsibility.

8. Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy. Please review that policy before completing your purchase.

We may provide access to third-party tools or links “as-is” and “as available.”

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
You agree that any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York.

19. Arbitration & Class-Action Waiver (U.S. & Canada)

Where permitted by law, any dispute or claim arising from your use of our Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis and not as a class action.

20. Severability & No Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver.
