Please make sure you send us an email before shipping your return as return addresses will vary from product to product as we work with worldwide suppliers.

To return your product, you should email us at onestophippyshop@gmail.com, and we will forward you an appropriate address. You must cover the full cost of your return.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $55, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
